Michael Holden has been representing people in complex personal injury matters for thirty years. If you decide to entrust us with your case, it will be Attorney Holden from intake to resolution.
He will have the support of a dedicated team of counsel and paralegals, but it will be your attorney, Michael Holden, contacting you, taking your calls and advocating on your behalf every step of the way.

Our goal is not to obtain a quick settlement. Our objective in each and every case is to obtain the best possible result on behalf of our client.
We prepare each case from the outset with the knowledge that it may one day be needed to be decided by a jury and, if that is necessary, we present the best case possible.
It is that careful preparation that frequently results in defendants and their insurers offering a settlement that fairly compensates our clients without the need to go to trial.
